Thank you for your kind words. I’m going to have to check out the Caltch site you have linked to, which looks interesting. I’m always interested in how science and art interact (although usually it goes one way: science—>art.
I heard Kroto speak, who was on the team that discovered the bucky-ball, and it was clear that if the scientists hadn’t been such good visual thinkers, they would never have been able to decipher the mass spectroscopy results to discover Buckminsterfullerene.
Let me know if there are more things I should check out=)
